Job Description

The Operations Coordinator, VSI is responsible for outbound operations and customer service supporting the VSBA business.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter purchase orders as they are received. This includes orders for VSB product and VS panties & accessories product.
    • Maintain & update operations tracker
    • Export documentation
  • Create packing lists, shipping invoices, and other shipping documentation in the necessary format to ensure the order can be received and reviewed by the customer.
  • Maintain and Update CI Access database attribute files for each product category
  • Correctly log and save files on internal drives
    • Run weekly standard reports
    • Perform special projects and analysis as directed
    • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • One to three years Operations / Logistics / Customer Service experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience within a wholesale environment a plus
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively
  • Ability to display strong organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a high paced environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and drive to achieve results
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills
  • Stay organized, track and report out on multiple orders at one time
  • Partner closely with cross functional partners including Finance, Merchandising, Marketing and Sales
  • Communicate clearly with all customers any product information for dissemination
  • Multitask by working on orders, setup information, and data analysis from several different markets/customers at once
  • Advanced PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint
  • SAP experience preferred, Salesforce Experience a plus
