Job Description

We have an immediate need for an experienced Administrative Assistant for an 11 month contract role in Taylor, MI (48180). The pay is $17-$25/hour.
Position Description:
  • Provide direct executive support to the Consumer Platforms and Products director and her direct reports. 
  • Manage complex calendars, travel coordination (domestic and international) and meeting planning
  • Prepare, reconcile and submit expense reports for the team 
  • Responsible for teams customer and internal meetings/team building coordination (including catering, conference rooms, meeting communications, etc.)
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with associates (troubleshooting/questions, conference room booking, etc.)

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Adobe, Concur, WebEx 
  • Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Learns and adapts to change quickly 
  • Special event planning and execution

Experience Preferred:
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.

Education Preferred: 
  • Communications/Business Administration or equivalent
