Job Description

Through our partnership with Modis, we are seeking an AMFP Queue Processor in Charlotte, NC for a 9-month contract paying up to $44/hour.
Role Summary:The Access Management Federated Platform (AMFP) Queue Processer is responsible for processing all requests within specified SLA timelines. Ensuring all requests have proper approval and meet compliance controls before processing is also required.  Answering email enquiries about requests, access procedures, request form usage, and troubleshooting access issues are all part of this role as well.  Outstanding customer service is key to successfully performing the role.  Other duties include assisting SMEs with project work, analyzing stats, educating IT personnel in security controls, escalating issues when necessary to appropriate experts. Updating and maintaining documentation such as SOPs are also part of this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Process tasks from ticketing system faster than current SLA
  • Document correctly and completely each Task completed
  • Manage high volume queue workload with daily updates
  • Adding to and revising Standard Operating Procedure documents
  • Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure multiple high priority tasks are done in SLA
  • To Troubleshooting access related incidents for UNIX and Database platforms
  • Drive continuous improvement to access management processes
  • Stay knowledgeable of company and industry security standards
  • Assist with modifying application management to conform to corporate models (centralizing)
  • Assist with analysis of Incidents to find root cause or underlying patterned issues
  • Educate and communicate security requirements and procedures to IT system owners and others

Required Skills:
  • 1- 2 years of relevant work experience
  • College training or experience in an identity and access management role
  • Experience with UNIX user administration
  • Ability to process a high volume of tasks while keeping a high degree of accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
  • Strong documentation and problem solving skills
  • Strong desire to learn and be a contributing member of a team
  • Highly self-motivated, directed, and can work independently without supervision in a high-pressure environment

Desired Skills:
  • Four year degree preferred 
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
