Job description: 
  • Perform bi-weekly Global Compensation Framework Updates 
  • Manage the Non-Compete Agreement collection quarterly process 
  • Support the Comp Risk Assessment Process 
  • Support the Global Compensation Framework reconciliation / audit process 
  • Support the Survey Management Process 
  • Support the PO Process for Survey Management 
  • Update various Compensation tools (ORW, TDC) 
  • Assist in the development, review and update of Global Processes. (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Checklists, Process Flows, etc.), to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of processes. 
  • Assist with projects within GS TR 
  • Other projects and duties as assigned by management. 


Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Advanced Excel knowledge a plus 
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Compensation, Benefits or Compliance 
  • Project management experience preferred 
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred 
  • Experience managing roll out of complex regional projects will be an added advantage 
  • Experience working with third party vendors
