Job Description

We are currently seeking 20+ Customer Service/Call Center Representatives in Folsom, CA (zip code is 95630).  These are 6 month contract positions that could be extended up to 2 years.  It is a great opportunity to gain call center experience, and it offers a positive team environment and shift flexibility.  Shifts start at 7am and go to 7pm, starting every 30 minutes.  Pay varies from $15.00/hour up to $17.50/hour depending on experience and if candidates possess bilingual skills (languages listed below).  Prior call center experience is not required and we have up to 100 positions to fill so sign up now!

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (shifts begin every 30 minutes and are 8.5 hour shifts.  The first shift is 7:00am-3:30pm and the last shift is 10:30am-7:00pm)

Pay: $15-$17.50/hour

Job Type: Contract (6 month contract with extension up to 2 years)

Successful candidates will:

  • Provide consistent attention to detail and be well organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service and excellent phone communication.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Be proficient with data entry and operating a computer.

Required skills and experience:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service (Call Center experience is a plus but not required)
  • HS or GED required.
  • Must pass a typing test (minimum 35 words per minute required)
  • Must pass a basic computer literacy test
