Job DescriptionThe CFM Specialist will be part of a team that takes on all aspects of finance support including but not limited to business performance, business growth, strategy development, resourcing, sales and negotiations, and long term financial planning. You will work within a global finance team and will partner with client team leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate thoughtful leadership and collaboration skills and will be able to make effective decisions in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. We seek candidates with prior experience in a business partnering / advisory role who are attracted by the opportunity to shape and influence the growth and prestige of the CFM position.
Responsibilities
  • Work in a Client Financial Management (CFM) Team to support Client Principals to ensure financial success of our client work;
  • Engage with offshore CFM team to provide visibility to senior leadership of end-to-end project financial management support and be able to escalate any business problems;
  • Manage a team of junior CFMs to build leveraged support across multiple clients;
  • Engage with project teams, client leadership, and colleagues to identify and resolve any financial issues relating to that client;
  • Provide support in resourcing and team-sizing decisions, client negotiations, sales and pricing strategies;
  • Oversee large 'in-flight' client projects. Provide reporting & analysis on financial status and outlook and recommendations for improving financial performance;
  • Engage effectively with resources at all levels within ZS and at our clients.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business required;
  • Training, education or experience must be relevant to the role;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SAP desirable;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to establish relationships with stakeholders;
  • Strong attention to detail, coupled with good judgment to know when to challenge practices or assumptions;
  • High energy and motivation, with a commitment to quality client service;
  • Ability to work closely with management teams while retaining an objective and professional finance perspective;
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment.
