Start/ Training Date: Training: Mon., 8/17 (M-F 9a-5:30p)
Go-Live Date: Mon., 8/24 Class Size: 30 Length of Assignment: Project is for 5 weeks. After the project is complete, those who are performing well and have good attendance, will be assigned to another project/ dept Salary: $14.50 per hr Work Schedule: Our call center is open M-Tr 8a-11p, F 8a-9p, S 9a-5:30p. Please seek candidates with flexibility, so once they clear background, we can assign them to any available schedule.  Once candidates clear background, please let me know and I will provide you with the schedules available for them to select from.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities: Online banking support; balance inquiry, password/profile reset, transaction history, etc. Required Qualifications: Candidates must have minimum 6 months call center experience, good communication skills (i.e. professional and speaks well) and working knowledge of a computer. Prior Banking experience is a plus. Candidates, who may have performed in an Operator or Dispatcher role may also be considered, as long as they are familiar with answering a high volume of calls and navigating multiple screens on a computer.
