Job Description

We are looking for an IT Communication Coordinator who will serve as a communications liaison and advisor to multiple projects in order to drive effective communications and alignment to overall program standards, messaging, and program communication strategy.

Schedule: MON-FRI 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $40 - $47 / hour

Main Responsibilities:•Provide guidance and support for development of planned and ad-hoc program-level communications, including messaging targeted to executive audiences •Design and create various collateral including video, documentation, presentations, websites, and other media •Develop, prepare and manage executive-level Webcasts for global audience •Manage the IT Communications mailbox and schedule coordination of executive-level communication reviews •Develop, edit and review content for internal IT communications and announcements •Coordinate communications requests and provide quality assurance for formatting, alignment, branding consistency •Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media•Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally•Strong CMS skills•Must be a confident communicator and presenter

Requirements:•3-5 years of experience in Technical Writing.•Should have proven track record with Corporate Communication.•Content Management experience.•Able to translate technical terminology to a more user friendly language.•A Background in SharePoint and Website Development.•Website Design a plus.

Description:

•Within a multi-cultural environment, works as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical professionals to translate business requirements into comprehensive and innovative system designs. •The primary responsibilities of a Business Analyst are to design business information systems and incorporate new technical systems to improve company efficiency and effectiveness.•As an advocate for the customer, Business Analyst ensures that systems meet needs of customers by creating designs that fit, monitoring development, and testing the results. •Documents existing business processes and participates in process improvement projects. •This requires a strong knowledge of the applicable business process and applications. •Supports customer by assisting with development of business cases and presentations for process and/or system changes as needed. •Develops end user training and works to ensure that users understand and follow established processes and procedures. •Develops use cases and acceptance criteria and monitors testing progress to ensure that applications are fully tested prior to deployment. •Coordinates global testing efforts with end users to resolve problems, gather feedback, and ensure that business can be conducted as usual in the or changed system. •Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed. •Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. •Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
