Job Description

Our partners at CenturyLink have an immediate need for an IT Help Desk Analyst I in the Phoenix area. This is a 9 month contract opportunity paying $9.25 - $15.50/ hour based on experience.

Job Description: 

  • Acts as an account consultant to provide service desk help, dispatch tickets and review items in the call manager
  • Tracks orders through multiple systems including Remedy, the, internal CTL systems and provide service to our managed service customer
  • Coordinates tickets for the customer and provides reporting on the infrastructure as requested
Requirements: 
  • 0-4 years experience
  • Good Customer service and phone skills
  • Punctuality and adherence to assigned work schedule.
