Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator / Staffing Supervisor for a direct-hire position located in Grapevine, TX 76051 paying $35,000 - $45,000 annually.

Job Description:
  • Job duties consist in the areas of a professional environment including client relations, administrative tasks, and other areas as defined within the scope of the position.
  • This position will interview incoming applicants based on interview process which can include candidate applications, E-Verify, Background Checks, Onboarding Information, Banking information, and other client specific paperwork as defined.
  • You will serve as liaison between employees and clients, counseling employees as needed on dress code, performance, attendance, and other job-related matters.
  • Tour, visit and support client company locations to ensure an accurate understanding of required job duties and deliver quality work to support client needs.
  • Answer all phone calls in a prompt and professional manner. Take detailed notes and take action on conversations and emails.
  • Work efficiently with excellent results, both alone and as part of a team.
