We have an immediate need for a Project Coordinator for a 12 month contract position in Roseville, MN (55113).  

Job Description:
  • Support Process Integration 
  • Work with AGIS PMO Project Manager and Business Integration Manager to support projects which align with the current project phase and desired outcomes 
  • Provide support for end-to-end process alignment and continuity by scheduling and supporting process 'wall walks' or other mechanisms to identify gaps in processes 
  • Collaborate with PMO,  Business Integration leadership, and other groups to support business needs and implement business process governance 
  • Work with Data Governance team to identify data impacts inherent in the defined business processes
  • Support standardized AGIS business processes 
  • Ensure consistency of process documentation standards across AGIS programs Interface with Business Unit Leadership
  • Track and monitor business process strategy/governance materials
  • The Project Coordinator requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utilities industry. 
  • Working understanding and knowledge of Utilities business applications, preferably in Distribution and Customer Service is desired 
  • Ability to negotiate changes to commitments/requirements 
  • Ability to coordinate large team activities to drive integration across multiple programs. 
  • Understanding of Project Management 
  • Proficient in MS Office products including MS Project application desires 
  • Ability to work across
  • Ability to maintain documentation and document processes 
  • Superior oral, written, and presentation communication skills in Project Management context 
  • Ability to review program deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established program standards 
  • Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed 
  • Meeting coordination 
  • Ability to reason and deduce information from multiple areas 
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements  
  • Minimal travel may be required.
