Job Description

Develop a high-level view of all that goes on in the manufacturing sites of the AMERICAS Region in the Consumer sector. The Project Manager will support all 8 manufacturing sites by sharing best practices and lessons learned. He/She will be directly involved in the performance reviews at the site level and the regional level monthly reviews. He/She will be an important agent for the organization to achieve Make related financial and operation targets; including CIPs, Expenses, Volumes through business planning capabilities and deploying functionality in Instantis, Prism or other software to support performance management and portfolio management. 

A.Establish a culture of innovation in the AMERICAS by driving site engagement, track and facilitate challenges, and communicate site targets and status updates. 
-Drive site engagement rate through communication and competition status. 
-Always On support 
B.Drive operational robustness by supporting transformation of performance management process 
-Support definition of 2019 KPI Targets and ensure disciplined monthly actuals data collection. 
-Prepare results reports for senior leadership performance review meetings 
-Support MAKE organization with Performance Management systems: Prism and Tableau Scorecards 
C.Support transformation of project portfolio management process in MAKE Americas 
-Lead Critical Projects scorecard for IM and EM MAKE Americas 
-Support MAKE organization with Portfolio Management systems: Instantis and Tableau PPM 
-Support the Americas PPM (Projects & Portfolio Management) review monthly by: 
oEnsuring Instantis accuracy, working directly with the sites 
oRun analytics to provide insights for Portfolio Managers 

-Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. 
-Ability to foster an effective multi-functional, cross region, cross company team environment requiring; integrity & credo-based actions; collaboration and teaming; results and performance driven; sense of urgency, and good analytics skills. 
-MS-Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, vlookup, etc) and affinity for computer systems 

-At a minimum, a BA/BS degree or equivalent in a Life Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Physical Science. 
-Strong background in Project Management, Process Excellence or operational excellence preferred. 
-Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in matrixed organization, multi-stakeholder environment”.
