Job Description

We have an immediate need for a .Net Developer for a 3 month contract to hire role in Denver, CO.  This position pays up to $60/hour and offers career growth and advancement opportunities.

General Functions:
  • Create technical design/architecture plans and solution requirements, and deliver project capabilities.
  • Drive innovation and operational performance in the deployment of new functionality, services, and products.
  • Deliver detailed technical design/architecture plans and solution requirements assessment.
  • Address challenges of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platform integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in driving operating and service excellence
  • Improve project delivery and provide recommendations for process improvement
  • Drive strategy, innovation, agile knowledge, and best practices on project engagements.
  • Identifies new solutions and opportunities in Client service offerings.
  • Demonstrates excellence in technical assessment and implementation coordination. Solution planning and resource optimization are driven by defined roadmap/goals.
  • Executes continuous improvement efforts and delivery commitments are met consistently.
  • Consistently creates successful engagements on projects and with cross-functional teams.

  • Internally recognized specialist on complex technical matters.
  • Champions significant projects using demonstrated leadership and creativity.
  • Technical ownership of 1-2 development areas and contributes to other areas.
  • Understanding of a client product area along with customer needs and market.
  • Handles multiple tasks and can switch between them (Features, Sustaining, Lab problem, etc.).
  • Works on complex problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Responsible for developing new product or feature designs.
  • Drives platform design from the technical design phase through testing and handoff to customers.
  • Contributes to next generation actives (research, implementation, etc.)
  • Ability to use 3rd party tool in 2 or more areas.
  • Ability to integrate 3rd party code into Client code base and debug problems with 3rd party code.
  • May have to work closely with vendors.
  • Responsible for new designs or enhancements to existing features/functionality.
  • Leads tools evaluation and analysis, helping to define what the tools should be, understanding requirements.
  • Understands Intellectual Property Process Ability to refactor at the subsystem level.
  • Serves in a leadership role with Scrum teams and alignment across teams
  • Determines work priorities based on general direction.

  • 7+ years of experience in software development methodologies and best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing highly scalable and reliable web applications, including integration with internal and external systems.
  • 2+ years in a technical lead position is preferred.
  • Experience working collaboratively using Agile/Scrum methodology
  • 5+ years of experience building applications using .NET, C#, JavaScript and HTML
  • Experience consuming web service end points (e.g. REST, SOAP), strong REST Webservices development, Jenkins, SQL server, DB2 preferred.

  • Agile qualifications (e.g. CSM)
  • Scaled Agile qualifications (e.g. SAFe)
