Job Description

We are currently seeking for Downhole Tool Technician and Electro-Mechanical Technicians.

  1. These positions are for both local and non-local candidates within a 100-mile radius
  2. Prefer local candidates. Local: Mon to Sun – Potential Overtime
  3. Non-local candidates: we are open to rotation schedule (21-7) will provide man camp (lodging) during the hitch where food is provided no per diem
  4. Contractors need to bring their own PEE
  5. Forklift and crane experience/certification

We are looking for candidates in the Dallas/Forth Worth, TX area as 3-month training (a new product line for tools) will be done in Burleson, TX
After training then you will be working in Odessa, TX, where lodging and food will be provided to non-local candidates (NO PER DIEM)
**Mileage up to 100 miles at .58 per mile**

Pay rate: $20-$24/hour depending on experience

Preferred candidates for Downhole Mechanical Technician will possess the following:

  • Areas of specialization may include: mechanical aptitude, pressure testing, surface equipment, and down-hole tools.
  • Performs maintenance and inspects surface equipment.
  • Ability to use a computer for accessing and sending e-mail, opening and revising documents, accessing internet to use company web-base systems. Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel.
  • Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Keen attention to detail and quality
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience working at the same job roles. We are open for candidates with no related experience but working before in similar technical roles.



Preferred candidates for Electro-Mechanical Technicians will possess the following:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand part drawings, assembly diagrams, schematics and procedures
  • Knowledge and proficiency with hand tools, measurement equipment, electronic test equipment, hand soldering and computer diagnostic programs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks, request information as needed and prioritize own work to ensure timely completion of all tasks
  • Ability to use a computer for accessing and sending e-mail, opening and revising documents, accessing internet to use company web-base systems. Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience working at the same job roles. We are open for candidates with no related experience but working before in similar technical roles.

Working Conditions

The job is performed in an office and shop or warehouse environment with some exposure to safety hazards, potentially including cold, heat, noise, machinery, electricity and chemicals that may require wearing protective equipment and compliance with specific safety protocols. The job requires physical exertion including sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, squatting and a range of physical motion. The job requires operation of tools, machinery, equipment, computers and telephones.
